Genderisation of committee roles

The solution may be language specific (as some languages don't have the issue in the first place), but the code of conduct needs some guidelines when it comes to the use of genderised words, e.g. "président / présidente" for the masculine and feminine forms of the word "president" in English.

I think this should be addressed as each native language translator believes is more appropriate (aka polite)
