Thanks for the pointer, I didn't realise that it needed to be in package form. I will get onto correcting that tomorrow.

Is having mutliple Rmds ok or should I merge them into one?

It has to be a single Rmd. See the README.md instructions in this BiocWorkshops2019 repository.

Ok no problem I've updated it now. I was hoping there would be some room to move here as packages can have multiple vignettes and I wanted to keep exercise solutions separate from the main text.

This is going to end up being a two-part process. For the purposes of the workshops themselves, the packages will be installed with their vignette(s). For the later purpose of bookdown, the one-chapter model (with/without exercises) is probably going to be the best fit.
