Seems, nobody uses it; and the source code, e.g. -
https://github.com/BioPAX/Paxtools/blob/master/paxtools-core/src/main/java/org/biopax/paxtools/controller/Integrator.java#L868
is, well, I've no words for this (- waste is the most neutral perhaps).

Can I remove that class, starting from Paxtools 5.1.0?
