Hello, why did the installation of astool fail?
I have used cp -r /data/hongde/new _ data _ project/microbiome _ paper/astool _ software/astool-main/astool /home/hongde/.conda/envs/astool/lib/python3.8/site-packages/
Move astool to conda environment home/hongde/.conda/envs/astool/lib/python3.8/site-packages/but still run the script in the script to report No module named 'astool'.
