Fix for sound cutting out from videos or Youtube stops playing

When watching youtube or a video file while adetailer's mediapipe starts, the youtube video stops, or you lose sound on your video file you're watching.

Solution:
Add the following to adetailer\__init__.py;

import sys

sys.modules["sounddevice"] = None

This prevents mediapipe/adetailer from enumerating sound devices.
