L'altre tema és calcular la part de l'estoc total que esta a airbnb. Per això s'han d'utilitzar les dades censals o cadastrals per calcular el total d'immobles per municipi i després identificar quina és la proporció que està a airbnb. I veure també la estacionalitat d'aquesta proporció (temporada alta/baixa).
