Add URL History, so the browser back button returns to the previous search.

Use case from Rich

  • Google the address of the precinct (298 Classon Av)
  • On boundaries, search for "298 Classon Av"
  • Touch [I am on mobile] the precinct number and go to the Police Precinct 88 Overlaps page, there are 3 council districts shown
  • Touch the first council district and go to the City CouncIl District 33 page [and open the district webpage and see which member it is]
  • Click the "back" leftarrow on the page
    ** Instead of going back to Police Precinct 88, which is what I want [so that I can go to the second council district page from there], I go to City Council Districts home
