I did actually try to include -64 upwards, but I found the game really, really lagged. I can maybe make it a config option, but I just wanted to warn you.

Hmmm =S Darn it minecraft limitations (FPS wise) :/
Its up to you to implement the config option but seeing that will make users lagging asf (as I already got reports about FPS lag even when I first started SkyGrid, lol xD) I think this is O.K. xD
Is your feature request related to a problem?
Likewise, yes. Skygrid addon on a 1.18.1 server doesn't seem to generate grid blocks under 0 to -64 from old worlds/new chunks
Describe the solution you'd like.
Have the new heights support (256 to 320) and (0 to -64)
Describe alternatives you've considered.
If ASkyGrid runs for the first time on a 1.18.1, it will generate blocks at Y0 to Y-64 on already created skygrids.
For newer players or exploring new chunks, it will generate the usual skygrid (default height 128) to -64.

I don't know if protections follow suit (320 to -64), I think maybe yes.
