#56 에서 추상화한 인터페이스를 구현해야함.

사용자와 메시지 내용에 따라 적절한 API를 호출하는 작업만.

비즈니스 로직 구현(추천 목록을 추려내거나, 추천 로직 구현 등의 작업)은 이 이슈의 관심 밖임. 해당 이슈는 #56
