The safest choice would be to forbid the user to use MultiplexNetwork with another functional response than the classic response (as the NTI are currently only implemented for that response). However, some NTI (facilitation and competition) could be easily implemented for other functional response types (linear and bioenergetic). So I have to figure out what to do with all of that...

I think what we should (if not already done), is to mention in the documentation that temperature dependence and non-trophic interactions only work with the classic response.
