For clipboard type 0x2 (Figure 2), the data layout is shown as follows:

Bytes 32-64 are not pasteParams.length but are actually the offset to the slot containing pasteParams.length (i.e. pasteParams.length begins at byte 96, not byte 64.

Additionally, section 5.1 states the following:

This should read "bytes 2 through 31 are left empty".
