Allow Multiple Triggers for Integration Apps

Currently external integrations can have only one trigger, either memory_creation or transcript_processed. Allowing the ability to have multiple triggers for external integration would allow apps to perform multiple things under one name. This will also introduces a lot of new use cases which can be implemented as apps
