Google vision API not working

OCR is not properly working. We had used tesseract, but the quality was terrible so we wanted to switch to google cloud vision. It seems the only remaining issue with google cloud vision is getting the api keys installed properly

right now, the try block here will always fail and prompt the user to type in whatever was on the notecard manually
