Remove zkEVM OZ Injector Poker upon activation of new Poker

Once BalancerMaxis/multisig-ops#1507 is executed make sure to

DisableOZ defender job
by setting the disable flag on OZ Defender dependencies in the deployment repository

so that for any future deployments it stays disabled. We should not delete the code for now.

@gosuto-inzasheru we need to modify the js file to disable the job, so if we do another deployment with additional changes, it will not be overwritten and enabled again. Adjusted specs to make that clear
