[Question] Mix Images by Mask

Hello,

First and foremost thanks for the great work. I was wondering if there was a possibility to mix images partially. I have seen that the Mix Images node can interpolate between two images using a mask. Does the mask need to be pure black / white or does it work with shades of grey ?
