Not sure what's going on here as I am using the soccer team face inpaint template and just swapping out the RGB + masks to do the same effect on some birds.

The image cut and the mask cut are 100% perfect (quality checked by blending) - but the inpainting is basically just putting sky in there.

Any help is appreciated!
