Currently EMEPy has a quiet and not quiet setting passed into the constructor of the EME object. Progress is logged to the terminal only and is binary dependent on that object. A better system would use the python logging module and more sophisticated settings for logging. Could be similar to MEEP's verbosity for instance. Logging should be optional to file and/or screen. Could also log the time and date of each statement in the file.
