App Store websockets consumer crashes Tethys Portal from time to time with error:

WARNING Application instance <Task pending name='Task-79597' coro=<ProtocolTypeRouter.call() running at /path/to/channels/routing.py:71> wait_for=<Future pending cb=[_chain_future.._call_check_cancel() at /path/to/asyncio/futures.py:385, Task.task_wakeup()]>> for connection took too long to shut down and was killed.
