Fix catalog file to only include ontologies in this repository #101

This means, ontologies in this repo or referred to in this repository.
Further imports directions should be in the catalogs down-stream.
Fix this issue after domain-electrochemistry and domain-battery have been fixed accordingly.

There is an issue in EMMOntoPy so ontologies imported downstream are not imported with their catalog files, this needs to be fixed in EMMOntoPy. I will fix the catalog file so that imports are correct for downstream imports as well.
