[FEATURE REQUEST] Getting official Pokémon news through Articuno

This is just a suggestion, but what if we made something for Articuno to process and forward official pokémon news our sources can be the official Twitter page along with Celebi.net and other credible sources related to Pokémon.

Well we can have stuff similar to Discord webhooks. Whenever something comes out say for example of a Pokemon game Articuno can say something like "new Pokemon game!"or Articuno could say something like " is this true?" in the case of a verified leak, (we can discuss further what can be a "verified leak" by our standards) this feature to probably be useful for people with Articuno in dead servers as ice breakers.

I will consider more about this. As for now, working with webhooks is something that I am not going to do soon, as I am still in the middle of library migration.
