Ability to run as a docker container

For orgs that want to use a tool like this in their CICD pipelines, it would be nice if there was a pre-built docker image that was available. This would allow folks to pull that image and execute the CLI in their pipes without having to keep track of the built artifact somewhere (in a non-standard way).
