playbackSummary is not sent on state change #4

We've experienced the following behavior when using the script:

When navigating to:

http://oursite/ or to http://oursite/videos/video1

The track event does not include the playbackSummary data, so all analytics data is lost. It only sends "RemoteDependencyData".

When refreshing the page at http://oursite/videos/video1, the playbackSummary data is sent via the track event.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to make the playbackSummary fire every time the page is visited?
