I found an interesting issue while working on the Lucario Race. I know the avali are added to the random guard spawn.... although for some reason I found this issue in game as it does not pop up in the log file. Apparently the guard.npctype file does not like to be touched. Adding a race to this file via patching apparently causes the in-game races to be stuck at Tier 1 and not level accordingly to interior decorations.
You can jump in game and check this out. I have tried this with all tiers 1-4. The decorations inside are not affecting the in-game race's level when spawning a guard.
Yes I have disabled my patch and tried it. Then I unistalled this mod and the other race mods. Removing all race mods that are added to the guard.npctype file makes the in-game races' guards level again accordingly to interior decor.
