Describe the bug
In this case, telekinesis does not show up on the EcoItems Item although had it with other enchants as well. The bug is extremely random and happens randomly.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create an item with these enchants etc,
item: wooden_hoe enchantsplaceholder:1 mending:1 telekinesis:1 instabreak:1 Unbreakable hide_attributes
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
All 3 enchants show up (ignore enchantsplaceholder)
Screenshots
Server Information (please complete the following information):

Addition to additional context
When re-saving the configuration (without adjusting a single thing) then followed by giving myself the item again.
Fully functional, but within a couple of minutes, hours whatever (potentially something to do with server restarts or plugin reloads) it will break again and remove one of the enchants which in my case seems to be telekinesis.
