For the first question, I'm not sure what you are asking.
For the second one, you can check the readme or the mobile test in the source code.

I apologize for the lack of clarity in my previous question.

For example, with the WhatsApp phone number 8618912345678 already registered, the intention is to employ the Cobalt library you mentioned to send messages.

Considering the logic of your library, it appears to operate based on local paths (~/.whatsapp/mobile/store.smile, ~/.whatsapp/mobile/keys.smile). However, these two library files are not currently present on my local system.

Is the following code snippet utilized to locally cache these two .smile files for the registered WhatsApp phone number?
