[Bug]: My Nefties swapped places on the timeline after using Vitagreens

What happened?

My Dino and N9 swapped places on the timeline after using Vitagreens.
I would guess that this happened because of the INI stat difference.
My Dino has 100% INI while my N9 only has 63%.
But if that's the case, I don't understand the logic.
I think that if the INI matters, then the order should have remained the same and the distance between them should have increased in favor of my Dino (because my Dino should receive a bit more time bonuses due to its higher INI%).

Steps to reproduce

As in the video.

Expected Behavior

The order remains the same and I use my Dino first with Stomp, then reach 15 hype with N9, and can use Jumpscare.
