[Bug]: map (bumper cell) inconsistencies ?

What happened?

Depending on which side of the map we are on (although it may seem the same every time, it's not), the distance from the jumping cell can vary.
If this is not intentional (I don't know) then I think it is a bug.

On this map I would expect to (always) arrive at the same place.

Probably intentional, I just noticed now that the jump cells are positioned differently compared to the edge of the track.
I don't want to delete the question because I clearly remember Rafi complaining about this map in the past.
