[Feature Request] Option to give user defined names to resources (devices/sensors)

I think adding this feature would make things a lot easier for users.

Here are a few specific examples that I think would really improve the user experience:

1. Disk partitions 💾 :

On this system I have only one main partition, but my main machine have multiple linux distros and windows. I can't figure out which partition is of what !

2. GPUs:

From names, I can Identify it. But it is too long name which most users will not need at-least in first view (CPU pane). Also we can address #152. Multi-GPU systems will get benefit.

3. Sensors 🌡️:

There are many use cases in the sensors section. Many sensors and devices do not have user-friendly names. If there are multiple SSDs, how can I identify each one?

This is a cool suggestion! Can't give an ETA, but I'll try to add it in the upcoming versions.
