Meelo should connect to an external scrobbler, like Lastfm, so that users can use their recommendation system.

Some questions need to be answered:

How to resolve the song’s Scrobbler’s ID?
How to authenticate to the scrobbler’s API (in the case of where multiple users use the same instance)
How could we integrate the scrobbler’s recomendations into Meelo?
- Like on the home page?
- This would make the connection bidirectional, so this should be moved into its own issue

In the meantime, users can scrobble with web-scrobbler
