In accordance with the 2020 council meeting, we need to start collecting $3 per repeater every three years. Add a PayPal integration that will facilitate this and make changes to the database necessary to track payments.

Need to get non-profit status set back up. Met with the board of directors last night and they voted to proceed with CPA to get paperwork done. Contacted CPA, waiting to hear back.
