自动化组排班需要5个VIP位，如果设置最大组人数为5，第五个VIP位是吃不到单回的VIP位，自动化以外的组休息的时候就会出现安排到吃不到单回的VIP位的情况 造成浪费
建议最大组人数设置为4的时候也能兼容自动化的5人休息 或者最大组人数为5的时候 除了最大组，其他组不进入第五个VIP位
