Expected Behavior

The screen should still function normally while upside-down.

Current Behavior

When turned upside down on a single screen view, the device screen locks up until you rotate back to any other rotation.

The system seems to still be running in the background, as media audio still plays in the background while the screen is locked up.

Steps to Reproduce

This is most prominent while watching a video or an animation is playing.

  1. Open YouTube.
  2. Select a video to play to while testing.
  3. Set device to single screen view, either screen is fine.
  4. Rotate the device upside down such that the USB C port is facing upwards. The device screen will lockup and no touch will be registered.
  5. Rotate the device back to any other of the rotations divisible by 90, touch should be restored.

Note: This happens regardless if Auto-Rotate is on/off
