why you don't disable the "boot lock sequence" bios setting and just use the cf card and HDD

What format is the .txt file in? What program is it intended for? It is raw hex bytes with no other information attached for fusing for example

did you get an error when trying to use the .bin file? What tool are you using to flash with? What program exactly? Can you attach the error message you are getting here please?

What is the source of the key file you are using, is it known to be working? possible the person that gave it to you gave you something bunk?
