Canadian Maritimes have unexpected biomass/abundance relationship, and possibly 9999 values need to be removed #48

Unexpected relationship between weight and abundance in Martitimes dataset we pulled from OceanAdapt. Also, I assume 9999 wgt values should be deleted, but this is not described in OceanAdapt metadata.

I have gone ahead and deleted 9999 wgt values in updated fishglob output.

There are also many instances in which either biomass or abundance are 0, and the other is not 0. We should check in with data provider to ask which is more reliable.
