Postgress DB set up

I am trying to test a DB setup to enable some of the following options and such. However, when I include a DB URL in the config I get an error.

@vinnyjth are there extra setup options I need to do instead of just the database URL?

OK so it looks like part of my problem was the URL needs postgres:// in front of the string. now I need to switch which index file I am using it looks like.

I was able to get this functioning on our app along with the sovel. I would like to talk about using shovel to get content items and such over as well.
