Entire API deleted when saved with OpenAPI version 3.1.0 #2389

I edited the source YAML to see if I could update it to 3.1.0. It saved, but then deleted everything. And I don't seem to have any way of retrieving it.

It's also troubling, BTW, that when I made smaller source YAML edits, the Activity log shows "fully replaced the source for the entire API!"
