After offline discussion with @mjcarroll:

get requirement from @mjcarroll to do the test configuration in roslaunch2 and then run multiple processes on multiple machines and collect statistics from both at the same time
pick up an example from ros2 examples and integrate current performance_test into OSRF's CI => @mjcarroll to talk to Steven

@dejanpan we have our own CI infrastructure now, is this issue still relevant?
