A mode where you shift by degree

Sometime I wanna try to add a mode where instead of shifting by fixed-size steps, you send in a MIDI note and the Duodene recenters on that note.

Current modes have CCs for cardinal directions, plus one that goes home. This mode would instead listen for notes (on a specified MIDI channel) and I guess you'd have use for a home CC again. And maybe another one which just backtracks your last step.
