I could not find any tutorial or way to store the created index to a database system and query from it.
Probably I missed a guide or so but if not yet implemented, it would be nice to have.

Hi, you can access the inverted index with se.inverted_index after indexing a collection and work from there.
Out of curiosity, why do you want to store the index in a db and query from it?
