Description

Propose if/how to validate, if accepting a dictionary of key/values or just URNs as a list of strings, implications for search-endpoionts etc.

List of URNs (or strings)

Typed? Library-suport for validation?

How will indexing scale if this is not normalized? Check in storage, who has the same type of pattern.

will there ever be multi-dialogue assosications? No, see comment below.

Chatted with Bjørn. No explicit support/need for multiple entries with the same key. We can assume each key is unique and only present (at most) 1 time.
