"+" knapp i til høyere av admin-rolle headeren som åpner modal
Implementere søke-modal
Vise admin-roller i liste i modalen som tar deg til info-modalen
Legge til delegere-knapp i info-modalen
implementere POST kall mot BFF for å delegere rolle (muligens veldig lik pakke-delegering?)
