Roller skal vises i brukers header som fargede tags.
Vi lager en ny kontroller for denne Epicen: RoleController

To Do:

BFF
- Lage endepunkt i den nye kontrolleren RoleController for å hente opp alle roller (ER + admin)
- Lage mock + mockadata
- Lage tester
React:
- Skrive rtk get query
- Gjøre get kall i brukerheader
- Rendre som tags (farge avh. av type rolle)
