d9vk knows about "AL16" and " R16", but Scrapland Remastered (#36) also checks " L16" and "AR16". None of these formats are implemented.

See: doitsujin#4228 .

Based on recent findings:

  • WineD3D handles AL16 and R16.
  • L16 exists and is supported, unless the game uses it as a FOURCC (then RIP, I guess).
  • I can't find any info on AR16 and WineD3D doesn't support it either, so have ignored it for now.

Still have to check all of these against native/WinXP.

Turns out all of these are duds and were never actually supported on native. I've kept the above PR to silence the log warnings for AL16 and R16, which were the most common offenders. I think it's safe to say we shouldn't worry too much about any of the rest.
