Put results of "action link" on current WebUI page

If this is a new feature, describe what you would like.

Clicking on an "action link" in a System Message in the WebUI, for example, "Click here to remove the prior Allsky", causes the results of the action to appear in a SEPARATE browser window.
The results should instead be displayed on the current WebUI page, either with or without an automatic removal. Output that describes something the user needs to do, should remain. The calling script will determine whether the message is automatically removed.
