AllSky site from Germany, Dresden

Hi,
I'm new to the allsky software.

My allsky system runs with a rasPi 2B V1.1 with a HQ camera and a 1.55mm lens.
The system is attached to the outside of the house roof - facing east.

The allsky system has only been running for a few days and and is still very experimental

I also have 2 meteor cameras running.
A camera with RasPi 2B V1.1 and 1.8mm lens - facing east.
And another camera with RasPi Zero W and a 4mm lens - facing west.
These two systems run with MeteotuxPi.

I think the allsky system is very good.

It took me a while to install and configure everything.
I also added a small extension to the UI for a website for manual switching of the fan and dome heating on the Rasp Pi.

I think it's great the automatic creation of keogram / startrails / videos. The whole thing takes about 1 hour for me with 60s recordings.

Now I only have to install the automatic adjustment of the WB / AWB switch for day / night.
To do this, I first have to deal with the sources or the scripts.

@jimjackii, Thanks. I'm glad you like it. I do too, and have been enjoying improving it.
Can you add an entry to the Discussions saying what you did for fan and dome heating. I think a lot of people would be interested, and if there's a way to generalize it so others can use it, that would be great.
The WebUI's "System" page can display fan speed - if there's a file called /home/pi/fan/fandata.txt, it expect two numbers - the RPM and the percent of max speed. It graphs the percent.

Doing the keogram / startrails /videos is time consuming, especially on Pi's before 4b. It doesn't matter much since it's usually done when people are still sleeping, but a few people have the processing done on a PC.
