File Cleanup

I cleanup my image/text files every Sunday using the bash ./ command and then using deleting all the images from GOES16 afterwards. This literally takes hours. Is there a faster way to do this???

You can set Days to Keep to 7 and it will delete any folder in ~/allsky/images older than 7 days.
Are there other images you are deleting?

What "text" files are you deleting? I am not aware of any text files Allsky created that should be deleted.

What is GOES16 ?

GOES16 is my folder on the RP5 that contains images; full disk...etc.

I am using the bash ./ COMMAND

Command names are:
Delete-Old-Satdump.sh
Cleanp-EmwinText.sh

In the Vitality-Goes folder

Thats not really an Allsky related question. You should probably ask the satdump people about that

If you want to see how much time each command is taking, run date before and after each command.

Removing old Allsky-related files should take seconds, not hours. I agree with @Alex-developer, those two commands aren't from Allsky. I never heard of them.
