[Bug]: soulbound enchantment can be applied to apotheosis bookshelf items

What happened?

when enchanting a bookshelf from apotheosis to get infused bookshelves you instead get the soulbound enchantment when that should be blacklisted from being gotten on bookshelves, causes apotheosis to be impossible to progress.

@Fusion-Flux Soulbound has only one level but you can probably disable it at "enchanting table" in config to avoid compatibility problem with Apotheosis. The book of Soulbound being another way (with soul over grave) to add Soulbound without being an enchantment.
Edit: According to ShadowsOfFire, the Soulbound enchantment doesn't prevent to get Infused BookShelves, it only doesn't display "missing infusion criteria" text when the recipe isn't met. I could still avoid considering theses bookshelves as valid for Soulbound.
