[Bug]: Unable to craft Draconic Damage Modules

What happened?

Attempting to craft either the Damage Module or Wyvern Projectile Damage Module results in no item being crafted. It appears as if the respective potions from each recipe are not being detected in Inventory or honored for the recipe. I have attempted to craft with Refined Storage and a Vanilla Crafting Table, the result is the same. Manually placing the potion in either grid does not work. I have not tried auto-crafting of any sort.

Draconic Evolution Speed Upgrade also cant be crafted, Shown in pattern grid but also not craftable in crafting term or bench. Maybe related? Potion issues?
-- Craftable with RFTools Crafters, Only method I've found.
