[Bug]: Biome errors in console

What happened?

I have frequent errors in the console like this for a few biomes, mainly Lavender Forest and Clover Patch after updating from 0.3.2 to 0.3.5:

Also been getting the same errors occasionally, for the lavender forest as well.

Comparing the config files from each version shows the erroring biomes are not enabled in 0.3.5 but manually adding them does not seem to resolve the errors.
