What happened?

Greetings, 3 days ago i tried to run ATM 9 and it didn't work. At first I thought it was just a problem with this package, but it turns out that now I can't run any forge package on my pc via curseforge. I tried to read the logs, but nothing worked. Pure forge without mods I was able to run, as well as vanilla. However, ATM 9 is no longer working. If nothing helps, I will reinstall Windows. Thanks in advance for your help.
